Join Darrell & Kelli for a fun and informative hike through the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Darrell has hiked the trails for over forty-five years now and is very familiar with the terrain. He will assess the general level of the group and choose an appropriate trail. Kelli will be hiking alongside and will be happy to discuss plant based nutrition, detoxing, wellness routines, strategies, and healthy habits!
We will meet at the cafe and either carpool or caravan to the trailhead.
