You are invited to join us in a movement meditation ~ We meet bi-monthly in a community orientated embodied free-form dance.

No prior experience with dance is required only the willingness to explore movement with the group.
You may dance solo or interact (non-verbally) with others ~ always ask first and respect even a subtle no.

Dance Temple format is as follows:
- spacious a warm-up time after the doors open
- guided opening to land people in their bodies the place and all together
- musical journey through eclectic genres: starting slow building to a peak and then making our way back to a still point.
- Gentle facilitated landing by the host
- Brief closing circle

- Warm-up 9:45-10AM -
- People under 12 & over the age of 65 may enter free of charge.
- Sliding scale investment: $20-25
- Those in need: $15-20
- Option to 'Pay-It-Forward' -> Donate so those in need may dance the medicine.
- We must vacate the premise before 12 noon for another groups event in the same location ThankYou.
