You are invited for an evening of relaxation. Combining Acupuncture and Sound allows a peaceful and healing experiance.
- We will begin in Savasana (laying down) on our personal Yoga mats with bolsters and blankets.
- You will receive distal Acupuncture points (below elbow & knee option for abdomen) or five each in your ears.
- During there will be a Sound Journey with Rose Quartz and Black Tourmaline Crystal Bowls. I will also sing when and how I feel called.
Sound alone is proven to shift our state and when combined with Acupuncture is a potent experiance.
Mira is a Registered Acupuncturist. Private sessions available at West Coast Esthetics.
