SoulFire Movement is an emotional wellness practice through dance movement. A high-energy full-body workout through the power of dance and a guided meditation using colors that incorporate authentic mind-set techniques to help you reach your full potential. Think Zen meets Zumba!

In this class, we bring awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations through the power of movement. We provide a fun diverse musical playlist that includes genres like Hip-Hop, R&B, Soca, Afrobeat, Pop, Salsa, and conscious high vibrational tunes. Get ready to experience dance moves from around the world and engage in a high-energy full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and joyful.

What To Expect: Class begins with a high-energy movement segment that will get your heart pumping and your body moving. Afterward 45min, we transition into a mild yogic-inspired stretch session, followed by a mini meditation to help you find inner peace and relaxation. Each class, we focus on one of the seven chakra energy centers. “wheels of light” or color therapy, as a guide to express gratitude for our bodies.

  • Turn Up: Dance your heart out to an electrifying mix of Hip Hop, R&B, Soca, Afrobeat, and more. Michelle's infectious energy and dynamic choreography will have you moving and grooving.
  • Sweat: Get your blood pumping and your body glowing with a fun, full-body workout that combines dance, cardio, and strength training.
  • Zen Out: Find your center and calm your mind with a guided meditation, led by Michelle, that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Class Items:

  • Comfy workout shoes
  • yoga mat or small blanket to stretch & lay on(required)
  • Towel
  • Water
  • Any meditative tool such as photo, crystals, essential oils, or tea. (Not required)
