About this Event
This dance movement workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and experience yourself through movement.
We will explore a combination of guided exercises, partner work, and free dance to deepen connection - both within yourself and with others. Through rhythm, touch, awareness and presence, you’ll be gently guided into a more embodied state.
The workshop includes:
– Connection exercises (solo & in pairs)
– Partner interaction and trust-building practices
– Movement exploration across different rhythms
– Guided self-reflection through the body
– Space for free expression and integration
This is not about performance or technique, but feeling, sensing and being present.
No dance background is required. Come as you are.
