This workshop is designed to help you connect with your body, emotions, and inner self through the power of movement and music. No dance experience is required - just bring your willingness to explore and express yourself. Come dance with us and experience the joy of dance movement therapy!
You will learn some specially designed movement techniques & tools to connect with your inner-self. You will also get opportunity for fun group activities and connection with others.
Along with the Body awareness dance sequence, you will also learn the specially designed Stress Release Dance sequence & other Dance Movement Therapy techniques which have been specially designed for deep healing and restoration.
The American Dance Therapy Association defines dance/movement therapy as the psycho-therapeutic use of movement to further the emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration of the individual.
This is a holistic workshop and will focus on your physical, mental & emotional health and will help you enhance your overall well-being.
It will be a fun as well as effective & interactive workshop! It is also a great way to network and interact with others through dance and movement!

1. Specially designed 'Stress-Relief Dance Sequence', to help release pent-up stress, anxiety, and stored emotions from the body.
2. Body awareness practices & Grounding Techniques.

Post workshop- notes in PDF format will be sent to your email id, to practice Dance Therapy techniques at home.

Manasi is a Physiotherapist (IN) , Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (AUS) & Certified Dance Movement Psychotherapist. (UK)
She is the founder of Rejoice In Motion & has been conducting Dance Movement Therapy Programs & sessions in Singapore & Online as well.
