Tuesday, April 21 from 6:30 - 7:45 PM
Tuesday, April 28 from 6:30 - 7:45 PM
The group facilitator, Nathaniel Silveira-Pyzik, will guide participants through a warm-up, theme development, and closure in each session to create a supportive structure for therapeutic content and creative process to emerge. Participants will learn some guided movement and create their own authentic movement throughout.
All movements can be adapted for physical impairments or disabilities. There will be opportunities for self-reflection, movement sharing, and some verbal processing throughout the session.
Group members are asked to respect each other's contribution without judgement and hold it's confidence. This is intended to be a safe space for self-growth and healing from a variety of mental health and life issues. Participants may experience benefits such as stress relief, increased mind–body awareness, interconnectedness, and support in navigating life transitions, emotions, and overall wellness.
8-10 participants in each session, takes place at Art Bias, 1700 Industrial Road, San Carlos, CA 94070
This class is offered free of charge to ensure maximum accessibility. However, because space is limited, we ask that you please cancel in advance if you cannot make it, ensuring your spot can go to someone on the waiting list.
