Dance It Out is a mid-day, recovery-friendly dance party at East End THRIVE. This is an open movement space with music and disco lights, created to be judgment-free and welcoming. Come as you are, move however you want, or take breaks as needed. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water if you’d like.
