Vivemos em profunda desconexão com a nossa essência, com a natureza e com o outro.
SOMA GROOVE propõe-te um caminho para essa reconexão que tanto procuras, que por vezes está mais próxima e é mais simples do que imaginas.
Abraça a tua essência e embarca numa viagem ao interior do corpo, mente e alma, através do movimento, da respiração e da música.
Durante 2h iremos explorar a ligação entre as tuas diferentes partes, descobrir e trabalhar emoções e memórias gravadas no teu corpo, com carinho, leveza e fluidez.
O flow terá elementos de somatic experiencing, ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, dança-movimento terapia, musicoterapia, breathwork, mindfulness e polyvagal therapy, terminando com um momento de relaxamento e integração da experiência.
Aberto a todos (a partir dos 18 anos), inclusive aos que (acham que) não sabem dançar.

Embrace your essence and venture on a Journey Within your body, soul and mind through movement, breathing and music.
For 2 hours we will explore the connection between different parts of your inner world, discover and work on emotions and memories engraved in your body, with care, lightness and fluidity. The flow will have moments of breathwork, somatic experiencing, ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, dance-movement therapy, music therapy, breathwork, mindfulness and polyvagal therapy, ending with a moment of relaxation and integration of the experience.
Open to everyone (from 18years old), including those who (think) don't know how to dance.
