DANCE FOR HEALING
Join us for Dance for Healing, a joyful, participatory event in the heart of Crawley blending Nigerian traditional dance and English folk dance through play, live music and creative expression.
Curated by Sophia Newton of Express & Bloom, this is a space to move your body, lift your spirits and explore the power of creativity for wellbeing, mental health and collective healing. No experience needed — all bodies, all ages, all backgrounds welcome.
What to expect:
• Guided Nigerian traditional dance + English folk dance sessions
• Soul-stirring live music and drumming
• Interactive movement activities and creative play
• Community exhibition celebrating dance and culture
Whether you come to watch or join the dance, you’ll find your rhythm, find your flow, and be part of something uplifting.
