Dance fit with Nick
A fun and lively weekly fitness class for all levels. Nick says, "no dance experience necessary, just be able to count to 8 and know which is your right foot and be prepared to have some fun and boogie."
The class aims to work on general fitness levels and includes sections for cardio, coordination, balance and brain work, defining legs, abs, arms and maintaining flexibility.
Everyone can work at their own level and exercises can be adapted to a beginner level working up to those more advanced.
Classes start with warmups building to simple choreography which is intended to build up week by week.
It's a great, fun way to do something good for yourself and something great for the community by supporting a local charity.
Nick trained as a classical ballet dancer and performed all over the world in dance companies, musicals, cabaret, TV and film before returning to Lincoln to take over the family business, Stokes tea and coffee, which was started by his great grandfather in 1902
