Join Feel the Beat every Saturday for our accessible Dance Exploration class from 1pm to 2pm at our dance studio located inside the Whitlock Recreation Center in Lakewood, CO. In this class, students will be introduced to a variety of dance styles based on the 1st Saturday of the month's Dance Workshop. Each month features a new dance style and focus centered around dance fundamentals, rhythm, counting, and choreography, with adaptations to accommodate diverse learning styles and physical needs. Past workshops have included dance styles such as Adaptive Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and more! All ages, skill levels, and abilities are welcome.New to Feel the Beat? your first class is ON US!
