Dance Circle celebrates three years of honoring the roots of house music culture with a special anniversary edition on February 21st, 2026 at Cue at Blackbox.
Founded and curated by Steve Howerton, Dance Circle has grown into one of Charlotte’s most respected underground house music gatherings — rooted in deep, soulful, and classic house sounds, with the dance floor always at the center. Built on authenticity, community, and movement, the series continues to unite dancers, music lovers, and house heads under one rhythm.
The Three Year Anniversary features special guest Coflo alongside resident Steve Howerton, delivering an intentional musical journey bridging classic foundations with forward-thinking energy.
The night also includes live performances by Niya Wells and the Brazilian Arts Project, plus a Mystery Judges Dance Challenge with a $100 prize, celebrating dance as an essential pillar of house culture.
More than a party, this anniversary marks three years of connection, expression, and dedication to preserving the spirit of the underground — where music, movement, and community meet in the circle.
