Class Description:

A Bollywood cardio dance fitness class inspired and driven by the heart-pumping, energetic rhythms of Bollywood. The class embodies dynamic choreography and easy-to-follow dance aerobics. Learn the origins and vocabulary of traditional Bollywood dance steps in this all-level class.

Location: All Fitness Court classes are outdoors at Civic Center / UN Plaza - 3537 Fulton Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. Located between Hyde Street and Market Street.

Anushya has been dancing since the age of 5. She started with Indian classical dance (Bharatanatyam) then joined the competitive Bhangra, Raas, and Fusion teams in college. She started choreographing for BollyX in 2016 and since then has done what she can to help the format grow). While Anushya is an Engineer by day,it’s very likely she’s pursing something dance related after hours.
Sharing her love for dance with others has always been the ultimate goal. Not only has BollyX been a channel for her to accomplish this, but it also has open her eyes into to the fitness world. It has allowed her to encourage people to prioritize their cardio health, while enjoying their one hour sweat sesh .
