About this Event
Dance & Stretch With Your Valentine is a guided partner movement experience designed to deepen connection through touch, rhythm, and play.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of partner stretching, using breath, communication, and gentle support to open the body and relax into trust. From there, we’ll transition into 30 minutes of partner dance and accessible lifts, exploring weight sharing, balance, and fluid movement together.
No dance experience required. This class is beginner-friendly and focused on connection, consent, and embodied presence rather than choreography. Come with your partner ready to move, laugh, stretch, and enjoy a special shared moment.
