Dance Alchemy® with Heather is an immersive, heart-opening movement experience designed to reconnect you to your body, your intuition, and your feminine essence.
This is not a choreography class.
This is a somatic, soul-led dance journey.
You’ll be gently guided through grounding and somatic practices that invite intuitive movement, emotional expression, energetic release, and spiritual embodiment. Through music, breath, and conscious movement, you’ll be supported in dropping out of your head and into your body — exactly as you are.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply craving a deeper relationship with yourself, this space is an invitation to:
