Join us at Attollo HQ for a Professional Development Series session with Dana Hanchin, President and CEO of HDC MidAtlantic.
With 25 years of experience leading affordable housing initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region, Dana has spent her career working at the intersection of justice, community development, and human dignity. HDC MidAtlantic's mission is to build hope and opportunity by creating, preserving, and strengthening affordable housing communities — and Dana leads that work with a deep belief that housing is a human right.
Under her leadership, HDC has grown its portfolio, deepened its resident services, and championed policy change at the local and national level. Dana holds a B.A. in Political Science from Kent State University, an M.A. in Urban Studies from Temple University, and is a graduate of Drexel University's Leading for Change Fellowship.
In this session, she will explore what it means to lead with both purpose and sustainability, how affordable housing connects to broader issues of equity and opportunity, and what students can do now to contribute to meaningful change in their communities.
