Jhana Allan is a multi-instrumentalist, and folk-rock singer songwriter, amongst many other hats she has worn throughout her long music career. She has supported Australian artists such as Frente, Fred Smith, Lucie Thorne and The Maes. In 2023 she recorded her sophomore album ‘Fake Paradise’ in Nashville, produced by her mentor, Americana artist Rachel Baiman, with 5 time Grammy award winning engineer Sean Sullivan (Margo Price, Andrew Marlin, Molly Tuttle). Vocally, Jhana has been compared to Aurora, Tamara Lindeman (The Weather Station, Stella Donnelly, and Suzanne Vega. Jhana performed 7 shows at Tamworth Country Music Festival this year, and is set to release a double single this year, titled ‘Bright’.
