Dan Wilson is a 200hr RYT and wellness enthusiast. Dan’s journey with yoga began midlife after seeking a relief from stress and trauma experiences. Dan found yoga not only checked these boxes but also many more including a connection to self and the divine like never experienced before. The health and fitness benefits combined with the soul and mind connection made the complete transition for Dan to start on a journey to his highest potential. Dan has been studying under teachers in the Fox Valley since 2022 and has taught extensively since being certified in April of 2024.
