Join us for a cozy Sunday afternoon at Subcult to be the master of authentic Korean fermentation.

Led by Gigi, the founder of Damchi Kimchi, you’ll go through the basics to learn from gigi's family recipe in action. Gigi will share the stories behind the flavors, teaching you the techniques needed to create that perfect balance of spice, crunch, and funk that comes later.
