Dal Cero Family Wines Tasting

Join us for a special lunchtime tasting with Francesca Dal Cero, owner and export director of three family-owned Italian wineries: Dal Cero, Corte Giacobbe, and Montecchiesi.

This focused mid-week tasting features five wines from two distinct Italian regions. We’ll start in Veneto with Soave, head to Tuscany for a fresh Vermentino-Chardonnay blend, return to Veneto for Pinot Grigio Ramato and Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, then finish in Tuscany with Montecchiesi Preziosaterra Sangiovese - a Cork staff favourite.

As we taste, Francesca will share the stories behind the wines, from family traditions and regional identity to the choices made in the vineyard and cellar. This is more than your average lunchtime tasting - it’s a chance to explore the history, legacy, and evolution of one of Italy’s most exciting wine families.

Parking is available downstairs in Bow Valley Square via the entrance off 5th Ave SW, though it is pricier before 6 PM.

Street parking nearby is often available at a more reasonable rate.

Taking transit? The 3rd Street C-Train station is closest. Walk north on 2nd St, and you’ll find the entrance to Bow Valley Square on your right.
