DAKHABRAKHA—An Evening of Cooking, Music & Dinner Rooted in Ukrainian CultureDelve into the flavors and techniques of DAKHABRAKHA.
Featured in Lenfest’s Winter O&E Series, DakhaBrakha will be showcased at W&L’s Evans Dining Hall on March 4 at 5:30 p.m.
In a night packed with food and fun, guests will have the opportunity to experience Ukrainian culture and hospitality by delving into the flavors and techniques of DakhaBrakha's favorite borscht recipe.
Savor every bite while enjoying the lively sounds of Ukrainian folk songs performed a cappella, just as they would have been sung 200 years ago. Patrons will enjoy a typical Ukrainian dinner prepared by W&L chefs in addition to a cup of DakhaBrakha's famous borscht.
