Daisuke Muramoto is a Japanese comedian currently based in New York. He was the 2013 champion of Japan’s most prestigious comedy contest, The Manzai, as a member of the comedy duo Woman Rush Hour. Having shifted his performance style to stand-up comedy, he specializes in political satire and social commentary. Since moving to New York in 2024, he has been performing at comedy clubs such as Rodney's, Bushwick Comedy Club, Comedy in Harlem, and High Line Comedy Club, while actively touring both the United States and Japan and working between the two locations.
