Our FREE Dads' Antenatal workshop helps you better understand your baby, reduce your own stress and help you support Mum-to-be.
We cover topics such as late-stage pregnancy, go-time, what to pack and what to expect during birth, early days at home, safety tips, mental health support for mums & dads.
Each workshop is tailored to the experience of Dad-to-be and has been developed in partnership with NHS midwifery services. We encourage questions throughout all our sessions to best support you in your experience.
