Enjoy a social workout with some fellow Brighton-based dads in their 30s/40s, followed by a quick coffee at a local coffee shop (if we can find one that’s open ?)!
Meet at 6:55am, workout 7-8am, coffee 8-9am (latest).
Head through the front door, down the stairs and Sam (@dad.plan) will meet you there. Feel free to come to all or just part of the event!
