This is one for the Dads! I will be running another fun, engaging and very cute Daddy and me baby yoga session at the beautiful Etna centre on Sunday 23rd November. This always proves to be a popular class. Class will be followed by refreshments and an opportunity to meet and chat with other Dads in our community. Rest assured...no prior yoga experience is necessary! Class is suitable for babies from 2 months to approx 10 months and costs £16. Hope to see you on the mat! Tríona x
