🗺️ Course Details
The race starts at Cockermouth School, with the first 3 miles on undulating road. The course then climbs on uneven track through Setmurthy Woods, before descending back to the school via fields.

Registration opens at 10am at Cockermouth School
Race start: 11am

• Minimum entry age: 15

🚗 Parking
Limited parking is available at Cockermouth School. Please car share, walk, or cycle if possible. Alternative parking is available on nearby roads – please park responsibly and don’t block access.

• Choose footwear suitable for the terrain and weather
• The highest point of the course is exposed – warmer layers may be needed
• Course is not suitable for wheelchairs
• Under UKA rules, earphones are not permitted on open roads
