Welcome to our Down Syndrome Associated Arthritis Education Day! Join us on Thursday August 22, 2024 at Children's Health Ireland (CHI) at Crumlin for a day of learning and collaboration.
Our event aims to provide valuable information and resources for therapists working with patients with DA. This event is aimed at paediatric occupational therapist/physiotherapists working in acute hospitals, primary care and disability teams. We look forward to seeing you there!
The day will include presentations by the Consultant Paediatric Rheumatologists leading the research in this field, as well as lectures and practical sessions delivered by the CHI rheumatology therapy teams.
This is a hybrid event, presentations will be available to watch online via Microsoft Teams. However practical sessions are in person only. We would encourage in person attendance if possible.
It is an exciting time for paediatric care in Ireland as we move to the new hospital. The day will include an update from a member of the new children's hospital HSCP commissioning team.
