About this Event
This is a 4:20 event however there will be NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING, NO SMOKING INFRONT OF THE BUILDING AND NO SMOKING IN THE PARKING LOT IN THE REAR. Out of respect for the owners of the studio, please honor this request and meet me at the parking lot 7-11 across the street to enjoy the smoke session prior to yoga.
Meet us at the 7-11 at 5:20PM, come smoke and then meet us inside back on the mat at 5:55PM. If smoking is not your thing, thats fine, check in with me first and then you're free to meditate inside until yoga starts. Bring water and your own mat, props if you have them.

Yoga will be an hour long digestive flow. To ease our tummies after thanksgiving but also to help us digest and process life.
After yoga y'all can decide if you want a collective taro reading for the group or if everyone wants one individual card.
