In Czech culture, New Year’s Day meals are chosen with care, each dish symbolizing prosperity and good fortune for the year ahead. Pork is traditionally served to encourage progress and abundance, while lentils—resembling small coins—represent wealth and stability. Lightly prepared courses and slow, communal dining are meant to set a grounded, hopeful tone for the year to come.
Beginning promptly at 12:00 PM, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course meal inspired by these time-honored traditions—hearty yet refined, familiar yet elevated.
Reservations are available every 30 minutes from noon through 7:00 PM, allowing for a relaxed and intentional dining experience.
