🧘♀️ Enjoy morning gentle movement & Qi Gong to start the flow accessible to all bodies & levels. Evenings will be embodied practice of Restorative Yoga supported by an Orchestra of Alchemy Crystal Bowls & Artisanal Gongs to support you in deep rest & meditation.
😴 Lots of downtime for integration & to wander the land. Nourished by an onsite chef with a wellness inspired, gluten free & vegetarian menu.
