This beat-driven indoor cycling experience combines high-energy movement, endurance training, rhythm riding, and community connection through a fun, beginner-friendly workout set to a curated 2000’s throwback playlist full of nostalgic hits and big spinner energy.

This experience was intentionally curated for Black Women to move confidently, release stress, build endurance, and experience wellness in a fun, empowering environment centered on joy, movement, music, and community.

Whether you’re brand new to cycling or already love cardio-based fitness, this class is beginner-friendly, supportive, and welcoming to all body types and fitness levels.

🚲 Bike Assignment Required:

ALL participants MUST reserve their bike assignment prior to arriving to class using the following link:

⚠️ Arrival & Check-In Information:

• Arrival window: 1:30 PM – 1:45 PM for proper shoe fitting and bike setup

• Check-in deadline: 1:45 PM sharp

• CycleBar has a strict 10-minute policy to ensure all riders are safely set up before class begins

• Staff will assist with shoe sizing, bike adjustments, safety setup, and any questions before class

📍 Parking & Location:

• There is no dedicated parking lot, so please allow extra time for parking

• Street parking is available along McBee Ave

• Public parking garages are located 1–2 blocks away

• CycleBar Greenville is tucked beside Yee-Haw Brewing

• Walk through the outdoor seating area and the studio will be on the right
