This women’s mini retreat blends ritual, movement, sound, creative expression, and soul-centered conversation, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.We’re highlighting local women vendors and facilitators who will guide you through each experience:
Sarah Whitlow, a Love and Intimacy coach, will lead a conversation on igniting your inner fire.
Midwife Melanie will guide a fun and empowering belly dancing session.
Sarah Skiles, Uplifted Energies, will also host sound baths and guided meditation to help open your heart and mind.
Enjoy creative expression activities like journaling and making mala beads.
Optional Tarot, Reiki, etc stations will be available throughout the day for deeper relaxation.
Lunch is included, giving you a chance to nourish your body while connecting with other attendees.
