Change is the only constant in life. It reveals itself in cycles—the cycle of day and night, the turning of the seasons, the eternal dance of life, death, and renewal. This workshop invites you to explore the natural rhythm of change through movement. Together, we'll journey through the essential cycles of motion: from gentle allowing to full engagement, from releasing and letting go to lightness and moments of stillness. And then, as new cycles emerge, we'll begin again.
As we move, we'll uncover how these patterns live within our bodies and discover how embracing them can help us navigate life's changes with greater grace and ease—to move with this cycle rather than against it.
This workshop is for anyone curious about using movement to understand and embrace change. In letting go of what no longer serves us, we open space for the new that yearns to be born.
Whether you're an experienced dancer or new to movement practice, you'll have the opportunity to connect with your authentic way of flowing with life's natural cycles in a supportive environment. Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to move, explore, and grow together.

Jakub Moulis is a movement, music, and dance enthusiast with an irreverent sense of humor and a boundless zest for life and humanity. For over 12 years, he has been organizing workshops and working with individuals, helping people dive deep into their beliefs to rediscover security, connection, freedom, and inner strength.
"I love dance, working with the body, and exploring what shapes our experiences. Dancing has been my world since 2015, and I was hooked from the very beginning. My goal is to create spaces where people can truly connect—with themselves and with others. These are places where you’ll always find a shoulder to cry on, where humor lightens the moment, and where 'sacred' becomes something real and meaningful.
The spaces I hold aren’t just about movement. They’re about breaking through personal barriers, finding a sense of belonging, and discovering inner freedom. I bring my passion for free expression through dance and music, observing how these elements shape our behaviour and life experiences.
Whether working with groups or individuals, I’m dedicated to creating environments where people can be vulnerable, laugh, and reconnect with their authentic selves.”
