Have you ever noticed that some weeks workouts feel strong and energizing, while other weeks everything feels harder—even when nothing else has changed? Many women experience natural shifts in energy, strength, sleep, mood, and appetite throughout the month. These changes are often tied to predictable hormonal patterns, yet most of us were never taught how to work with them.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how the four phases of the menstrual cycle influence movement, nutrition, stress, and recovery. You’ll learn how hormones like estrogen and progesterone affect energy, workout performance, sleep, and cravings—and how small adjustments throughout the month can help you feel more balanced and supported.
We’ll also discuss how to approach cycle syncing if your cycle is irregular, and how to use body awareness—not perfection—as your guide.
In addition to movement and nutrition, we’ll introduce how services such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, and supplementation may support your body throughout different phases of your cycle—helping with things like stress regulation, recovery, sleep, and common cycle-related symptoms.
The morning will include a combination of education and a movement sampler where you’ll experience Pilates, strength training, and recovery-based movement designed to support different phases of the cycle. Opportunities to experience or learn more about these supportive services may also be included as part of the workshop.
This workshop is designed to help women better understand their bodies and walk away with simple, practical strategies to support energy, strength, and overall well-being throughout the month.
