We're here to get you moving the day BEFORE Thanksgiving for those who don't have time on the holiday itself. Get Cycling before the Cooking in this all-level friendly Cycle Class! Join Tanya on Wednesday, Nov. 26th at 8:15amA 30-Minute Cycle class to get you in, out and moving. All-levels are welcome, just please make sure you come early to get set up on your bike. This Express class is built to fit all experience levels, you can modify and challenge as you need to for our heart pumping, fun and motivating indoor cycle class. This Special TGIF class always has a different instructor and a different theme! We can't wait to kick the weekend off with you.
No prior experience in cycling is needed. Please wear sneakers and bring a water bottle and arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up on your bike. Regular rates apply. Single $15, 5-Pack or 10-Pack.. and Unlimited Members Welcome!
