About this Event

Cycle Breakers: A workshop for Moms ready to end the cycle of stress for their families

Join us in-person at The Elila Center for Healing to learn how to break free from the cycle keeping you stuck, anxious, resentful, and overwhelmed in your marriage. This event explores the root cause issue that disconnected couples face but are unable to talk about. Don’t miss out on the chance to gain fresh insights and start turning things around: for you and your kids. It’s time to bring connection and understanding back into your relationship and into your family.

In the workshop, you will learn:

1. About the dynamic that is causing you stress and overwhelm, bringing awareness to the source of the problem impacting your entire family.

2. How your brain forms neural pathways that are activated during stressful moments, leading to your steps in the cycle, so that you start to see the problem as changable.

3. Why understanding the cycle is important for creating peace in your relationship and by extension, your children.

4. The importance of catching the cycle in action, so that you stop the "dumb" arguments and focus on what you need instead.

5. The take-home tool to use, so you feel empowered to take a different step in a stressful moment and change the dynamic, leaving your relationship and your kids with more ease!

Why attend?

Learn from Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kiri Jimerson, with 15+ years experience as a therapist, specializing in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

Walk away with new insights to the troublesome dynamic in your relationship and with a simple, but powerful tool to create more understanding and peace in your marriage. When you take the brave step to shift the dynamic in your relationship, your kids feel the difference.

The Elila Center for Natural Healing provides an intimate space to reflect on your most important relationship. The workshop is limited to 9 moms in to create a supportive, healing space. A portion of the proceeds will go to the ECNH.

Kiri's mission:

At the heart of all my work is a deep belief: healing the emotional pain of the past transforms how we live, love, and connect in the present.

My passion is working with moms like you, who feel frustrated and alone in their marriage find support and engagement from their partner. As a Psycho-Energetic Relationship Consultant, I help you achieve this by breaking free of the vicious cycle that keeps you repeating the same arguments, transforming resentment, and using strategies to deal with overwhelm, so that you feel like all the weight has been lifted, feel loved, and are modeling a happy, healthy relationship (with your partner and with yourself) for your children.

My goal is to help you free yourself from the weight of unhealed emotions, so you can experience greater connection, clarity, and emotional well-being individually, and in your relationship.
