<h4>Join us for 5 days for our CXD Certification event! This is your chance to become a Certified Experience Designer (CXD).</h4>

This week will help you engage with your peers, learn with hands-on activities, and interact with the instructor to build on the UX knowledge you may already have. Feel confident in your know-how in UX so that you have the confidence not only to explain what UX is but also to apply UX learnings in a tactful and meaningful way. Our expert speakers will share their insights and guide you through the essentials of creating delightful user experiences.

Introduction to UX and Experience Thinking
Customer and user experience research techniques and approaches
Information architecture principles and methods
The application of interaction design and when and where to apply it
Identify and apply persuasive design principles and how this contributes to compelling storytelling

This course requires limited prior UX knowledge. Recommended for business analysts, graphic designers, interaction designers, UI/UX designers, product designers and anyone looking to expand or update their skills.

Spanning from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm (Eastern Standard Time)
This full training week is offered both in-person, at Akendi offices in downtown Toronto, or Live Online, from the comfort of your own home office.

In-person:
Participants receive a printed course booklet. A laptop is not required for this course.

Live Online:
Access to our Learning Management System.

Cancellation

Things don't always work out! After you register, if something changes and you have to cancel:

30 business days prior to the start date, the fee is totally refundable minus a 5% administration fee.
20 business days prior to the start date is 50% refundable, plus a 5% administration fee.
10 business days before training start day, no refund. Acceptance of transfer of dates is at Akendi's discretion and may incur a nominal fee.
