THE MISSION KICK IT BY ELIZA’S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER FEMALES, BETTER KNOWN AS THE FEMPIRE®, THROUGH A 13 ROUND KICKBOXING AND MUSIC-DRIVEN GROUP FITNESS METHOD.
THE CLASS HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING WITH KICKBOXING, BOXING, RHYTHMIC COMPONENTS, AND A MEDITATIVE COOL DOWN. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
This class is FREE and designed for all levels.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at Cambridge Crossing.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
