We will be having a presentation on learning to detect "Off-Flavors" in beer and have a discussion on the causes of these flavors and how to improve your brewing techniques to avoid these off-flavors in your beers. This is a very informative presentation, and we encourage everyone to participate. As always members are encouraged to bring beers or wine for sampling, but we will do those after the presentation. Please feel free to bring a friend!
