MEETING POINT at the War Memorial at the centre of the cemetery .
Belgrave cemetery is abundant with trees, notably monkey puzzle. All to be explained. We have a noble hero (non war grave) also a scout leader who is praised by his brother scouts. Trainees and a varied assortment of very brave people who answered the call to duty.
Please note that you can only access this cemetery by road from Red Hill Way from the KFC roundabout. The sharp left turn into the cemetery is off the slip road to the A6 roundabout .(just after the Great Central railway turn)
The tour last approx 90 mins and covers about 1500 metres on paths and grass with uneven ground.
There is parking available by the memorial. There are on-site toilets but no other facilities so please bring water if required.
Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
Only assistance dogs are allowed in the cemetery.
Please note there can be last minute cancellations. This can be due to various reasons including illness, site issues and weather. We will email you as soon as we can, but this could include the morning of the tour, so please check your emails prior to leaving for the tour.
