MEETING POINT at the main cemetery entrance off Manor Road.

The cemetery is the final resting place of 22 casualties from both world wars, many of whom were from the Bletchley and Fenny Stratford area. Amongst those casualties are Gunner William Munday, Royal Field Artillery, who was awarded the Military Medal in 1918 and Flying Officer Leslie Smith, 218 Squadron, RAF who received the Distinguished Flying Cross in the second world war. We also have the grave of Marine Frederick Southwell who died while serving at HMS Robertson, a holding base for landing craft personnel. Frederick was just 18.

The tour lasts approx. 90 mins and covers about 400 metres on paths and grass with uneven ground. Wheelchair users and attendees with pushchairs are welcome but will need to stay on the main paths.

Please note there is limited parking available at the cemetery but ample parking within walking distance. There are no facilities or toilets on site. Please bring water if required.

Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear.

Only assistance dogs are allowed on the tour.

Please note there can be last minute cancellations. This can be due to various reasons including illness, site issues and weather. We will email you as soon as we can, but this could include the morning of the tour, so please check your emails prior to leaving for the tour.

The Commonwealth War Graves Foundation (CWGF) aims to actively engage all communities with the work of the CWGC by telling the inspiring stories through education and outreach projects.

The CWGF is an independent charity registered with the Charity Commission of England and Wales (1171947) and Scotland (SC051982).
