About four years ago, Brad launched Recharge Exteriors with a clear mission: to bring expert craftsmanship and integrity to an industry that often falls short. With more than 25 years of construction experience, he proudly serves Southwest Florida, specializing in roofing, gutters, soffit, and fascia.
Brad has been happily married to his wife, Erin, for 22 years, and together they have three wonderful kids. After spending most of their lives in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area, they made the move to beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida just over seven years ago. When he’s not working, Brad loves making memories with his family on cruises and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning at live games.
Brad has chosen Harbor58 as the non-profit organization to receive our charitable contribution this month. Harbor58 is a safe haven that provides resources and support for youth aging out of foster care by empowering them to achieve their full potential. Their goal is to launch them into society as vibrant, thriving adults.

Connectors With a Cause was founded in 2022 and was born from a passion to support local businesses and our community. We are a closed networking group, only allowing one member per industry classification. Our objectives are to grow each other’s businesses with quality referrals, to add value by providing services for each other’s clients, and to bless others in the community through giving opportunities. We have open positions in many industry classifications and welcome the opportunity to help new members grow their businesses.
We meet twice per month. Our 2nd Wednesday meetings are on Zoom and follow a structured agenda for networking and passing referrals. Our 4th Tuesday meetings are our in person CWC Cause Nights. Our CWC Cause Nights are held at rotating locations in Manatee and Sarasota counties on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The Cause Nights are open networking meetings, with charitable giving supporting different causes each month. Membership fees are $60/month, with half of the fees going towards blessing others in the community each month.
