CVI Leadership Academy Cohort 5 Kickoff

The Community Violence Intervention Leadership Academy (CVILA) is a first-of-its-kind education program for senior CVI leaders. Its purpose is to give students a deeper understanding of leadership and management science as well as an immersive experience that allows them to put their learnings into practice. Our ultimate interconnected goals are to reduce gun violence and scale the CVI field.
This gathering marks the beginning of an inspiring five-month journey for a diverse group of emerging CVI leaders from across the nation.
