Cut + Paste April !✂️✨
For the next edition of Cut + Paste, participants will be guided through a workshop where they will rework vintage advertisements through collage. Participants will be encouraged to utilize ad designs featured in Ebony and Jet as a method to give them a new, creative meaning.
This sliding scale workshop ($10-15) includes an instructed 3-hour design session with a professional collage artist and all the materials you need to make your creation. 45rpm and 12inch sized records, vintage magazines and newspapers, scissors, glue, cutting boards, etc... Free to register but please submit payment day-of event when you arrive.
Happening concurrently, "A Nice Nite 4 A Jam" features infused products by @muthaearth and an all-vinyl DJ set by Nosha Luv - a little inspiration to accompany your creative session :)
