Relationships with customers are important in any business. In the Third Sector, however, this can sometimes be overshadowed by the need to maintain good relationships with funders and other stakeholders.
However, the way in which issues and complaints are handled can have a significant impact on your organisation – both good and bad!
Learning Outcomes
Delivered by Scottish Mediation this workshop will explore how techniques that are used in mediation can help improve customer service skills. The workshop will also give an insight into how mediation works and when it might be helpful.
At the end of the workshop you will be able to:
• Understand what Customer Service means in the Third Sector and why it is important.
• Know what excellent Customer Service looks like.
• Use a number of tools and tips drawn for mediation to improve their Customer Service Skills.
