About this Event
During this FREE Multiply Workshop you will gain a broad overview of the principles of customer service, involving discussion of elements that make up good customer service, methods for handling complaints and positive ways to deal with difficult customers.
Content may include:
- Understand the elements of what makes good customer service
- Identify the differences between aggressive, assertive and passive behaviour
- How to correctly work out discounts and understand pricing and promotions
- Learn how to analyse customer data
You will be asked to complete an enrolment form at the start of the workshop. Please bring along one form of ID to facilitate this.
