TWO DATES: May 6th & May 13th, must attend both dates.Design and create custom stamps that you'll use to texture and decorate a handbuilt clay mug! In the first class, you'll carve and shape clay to make stamping tools, which we'll fire in our kiln so they last. In the second class, you'll create a mug in clay, and texture the surface with your own stamps. Our staff will dip it in the glaze color of your choice to finish it off, and your stamps are yours to keep!
Clay washes out, but remember to wear mess-friendly clothes or bring an apron if you prefer. Projects will remain in the studio to dry before firing, glazing with the dip glaze color of your choice, and re-firing. Pieces will be available for pickup approx. 3 weeks after the second class.
Instructor is subject to change. Adults and teens age 12+ only.
