Join us for a relaxing afternoon learning the techniques of cushion making. You will have a selection of fabrics to choose from, along with finishes such as piping, fringing, Oxford edge or pompoms.You will measure and cut out, finishing the backs with a zip or envelope finish. You will learn how to embellish your cushion, and you will also have the option to make a standard cushion or a book cushion (which make gorgeous gifts). We will also look at patchwork cushions, bolster and shaped cushions. The cushion you will make with be 40cm x 40cm.
We work with the versatile easy to use Brother sewing machines and all equipment, fabric, use of machines and embellishments along with your cushion inner are included in the price.
Refreshments are available throughout the afternoon.
