Each week we will use gentle movement and a variety of options and props so you can connect with your mind and body while feeling safe and supported both mentally and physically.We will discuss the following:
Week 1. Presence – Landing in the body on the mat and feeling the feels.
Week 2. Get Curious – Finding the voice in yourself that you can trust.
Week 3. Challenge – Challenging your inner critic, beliefs, and language.
Week 4 Affirm – Putting it all together with the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
